iDXA-Body Scan
Using a state-of-the-art iDXA body composition instrument located at our Mesa clinic, we will determine three components of your body structure: bone mass, lean tissue mass, and fatty tissue mass. We can determine many different possible body deficiencies that you probably don’t know you have.
This is the same machine that is used on the TV show “The Biggest Loser” and also by the U.S. Olympic Training Staff to determine lean-to-fat ratio. This tool allows us to create the best workout for you to obtain a lean body. You will be able to “see” the areas you need to focus on for best results.
I am 34 years old with a very bad back. I went in to Biocostmetics for some possible Bio Identical Hormone treatment and they thru me on this body scanning machine. I was stunned to find out that I had the spine of a 86 year old man and border line osteoporosis. Thank goodness I found this out now and not when I was 50 in the hospital with a broken back.
