We focus on rapid fat loss, not rapid weight loss.
Your body will be analyzed to determine your exact nutritional and exercise needs, using our state of the art testing equipment including IDEXA and V02 machines. We also run blood work to determine if there is anything inhibiting weight loss such as low thyroid or high insulin levels.

Most weight loss programs use only the scale to assess weight loss, and do not monitor their patients to make sure that fat loss is maximized while muscle mass is preserved.
The amount of muscle you have determines your metabolism or how many calories you burn per day. If you lose muscle mass while dieting your metabolism will be slower than it was before you started. This means that you will have to eat fewer calories than before you started the diet or you will gain the weight back.

Human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) is a human growth hormone. Typically generated during pregnancy, it is essential for the growth of the developing embryo.
Research has shown that as a weight loss aid, hCG seems to have minimal side effects and is safe for both men and women, pointing to hCG’s most common use as a fertility aid. In this capacity, the most common reported side effects of hCG include headaches and pregnancy symptoms.
