Eric Jantze is our licensed Nutritionist and Exercise Physiologist with 17 years experience. Eric has a passion for fitness, and guides his patients to new levels of energy and vitality.
Using a state-of-the-art iDXA body composition instrument located at our Mesa clinic, Eric will determine three components of your body structure: bone mass, lean tissue mass, and fatty tissue mass.
This is the same machine that is used on the TV show “The Biggest Loser” and also by the U.S. Olympic Training Staff to determine lean-to-fat ratio.
This tool allows him to create the best workout for you to obtain a lean body. You will be able to “see” the areas you need to focus on for best results.

In the short 6 weeks that I have been on the program I have noticed an astounding increase in energy. I no longer have the desire to go home from work and go directly to bed. I no longer find myself running out of steam in the middle of the day.
I do not know how many pounds I have lost but my clothes literally drip off me. My shoes are even too big for me now. I am literally losing weight from head to toe. My whole body is transforming back into the me that I was before having my children.
