Dr. Parker completed his fellowship training in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine where he trained at several prestigious medical centers in the New York and Philadelphia area, which include:

After completing medical school, Dr. Parker completed a General Surgery Residency at Peninsula Hospital as Chief Resident of the Department of General Surgery.
Dr. Parker was a Burn and Plastics Fellow at Westchester Medical Center. He was in charge of one of the largest Burn Units in New York state. Dr. Parker performed surgery and saw adult and pediatric burn patients. Dr. Parker was on duty when the 9/11 attacks occurred in New York City.
Dr. Parker then completed a two-year Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he also served as Chief Resident of the Department of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery and as an Associate Clinical Professor of the Department of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery.
During his surgical training, Dr. Parker performed thousands of operations, gaining a wealth of surgical experience. With this experience, Dr. Parker understands which procedures are reliably effective and safe, and which procedures are not effective or do not reproduce the desired results. Therefore, Dr. Parker can offer extensive opinions on various procedures and give realistic answers and expectations for his patients.
Dr. Parker spends much of his free time giving back to the community. Dr. Parker cares for pediatric and adult trauma victims from around the Valley and state of Arizona who seek out his expertise. Dr. Parker volunteers in a free clinic in Agua Prieta, Mexico where he cares for scores of children who travel hundreds of miles to see Dr. Parker and other practioners.
Dr. Parker has also been directly involved in research to develop new techniques in burn reconstruction using tissue engineered skin.
Dr. Parker has lectured nationally on topics of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, Hormone Replacement therapy and Reconstructive Burn Surgery. Dr. Parker has been a leading advocate in surgical education through training other physicians, fellows, residents, and medical students. He has been considered a great clinical teacher by many, and continues to lecture nationally on several topics in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery and continues to write articles on Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery to further other physicians and patients knowledge in this vast field.

Dr. Jerry Guanciale graduated from the Pennsylvania State University in 1979 with a B.S. degree in Biology. Graduating in the top ten percent of his class from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1986, Dr. Guanciale completed his rotating internship and General Surgery residency at the Grandview Hospital and Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio. After completing his residency program as Chief Resident in 1991, he became board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery in 1992.
Dr. Guanciale was extensively trained in trauma and minimally invasive surgery during his residency with subsequent rotations in Colorectal Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland, Ohio, Pediatric Surgery at the Children’s Hospital in Dayton, Ohio and Trauma Surgery at Grant Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. His interest in surgically underserved areas and his desire to be able to practice all facets of general, vascular, and gynecologic surgery moved him initially to rural Kentucky and, then to South Carolina.
In 2007, Dr. Guanciale was accepted to the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery fellowship program with the Beverly Hills Cosmetic Surgical Group in Beverly Hills, California. This highly sought-after program, and its affiliate rotations with respected members of the cosmetic surgery community in the Southern California area, afforded him experience in all facets of general and dermatologic cosmetic procedures, with an emphasis on cutting-edge technologies and patient care.

Dr. Glenn T. Ozalan – Naturopathic M.D. graduated Cum Laude from National College of Naturopathic Medicine of Portland Oregon in June of 1977. He has been licensed and has practiced in Arizona since 1978. In 1992 He was appointed to serve on the Naturopathic Physicians Board of Medical Examiners, which He did for 10+ years. During that time he assisted with the developments of rules and regulations as well as new laws governing the naturopathic profession in Arizona. In June of 1995 became Board Certified in Family Medicine by The American Board of Naturopathic Medical Specialties. He has been in private practice since first being licensed in Arizona. Over the last 25 years he has taken additional training in a myriad of fields related to the causes, prevention and treatment of disease. In his private practice he emphasizes restoring health to individuals that have metabolic problems that symptomatically present as: lack of vitality, chronic pain, and inability to lose excess weight(fat), hormonal imbalance, insulin resistance, and similar states of imbalance caused by dietary indiscretion, environmental toxicity, stress and chronic nutrient deficiencies. Over 25 years of practice he has developed many programs to objectively evaluate and determine what metabolic, imbalances exist and what specific nutrients, hormones, and neurotransmitters are required to restore metabolic balance so that the individual’s body can restore a more optimal equilibrium. He is currently practicing in Cave Creek, AZ where he treats patients by optimizing physiological function . This is accomplished by dealing with all aspects of the individual’s experience in the context of ; their present stage of life, their childhood and adult experiences, their present psychological and physiological state and the influences that these factors have on their ability and willingness to be optimized and restored.
